Studying with a handicap or chronical disease is part of the Dutch higher education quality monitor (accreditation system) and is legally embedded in the law on equal treatment. Institutions of higher education are well aware of their responsibility to provide good and fitting education for all students.
But: the level of support is not the same on every institution, so pick your university carefully. Most universities are wellwilling, but do not know a lot about your special needs, so it is very important that you know what works for you and to communicate that to your future university. Make an appointment with the disability officer as early as possible to discuss your special needs.
